Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vantage Curation ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ShadowEvo.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication data when you create an account (handled via Supabase). If you sign in with Facebook or GitHub, we receive only your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) from that provider — never your password.
• Usage & billing data: your plan, token balance, and purchase records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Content you submit: the messages, files, and prompts you send, which are transmitted to the AI provider that answers them.
• Support communications you send us.

On-device data

Your chats, tabs, custom agents, and memories are stored locally on your device (browser storage or, in the desktop app, your computer). In the desktop app, any API keys you add live in a local file on your machine and are used only to authenticate directly with the AI providers you configured — we never receive them.

How we use it

To provide and operate ShadowEvo, authenticate you, process payments and enforce plan limits, respond to support, maintain security, and comply with law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever.

Analytics & advertising

On the web app we use Vercel Web Analytics (first-party page analytics), the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google tags, and Google Tag Manager to measure how visitors find and use ShadowEvo and to measure the results of our advertising (for example, that a sign-up or purchase happened). These tools may use cookies and similar identifiers. They are used for measurement and advertising attribution — not to sell your data. The desktop app contains no advertising or ad-tracking technology.

Third parties (processors)

ShadowEvo relies on: AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) that process the prompts they answer under their own terms; Supabase (authentication and database); Stripe (payments); Vercel (hosting and analytics); Resend (transactional email); ElevenLabs (optional voice features — the text to be spoken, and during live voice sessions your microphone audio, is processed to provide the conversation); Meta and Google (advertising measurement, web only).

Data deletion (including for Facebook Login users)

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing vantagecuration@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting the app or clearing your browser storage removes locally-stored data. If you signed in with Facebook, you may also remove ShadowEvo from your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings; then send us the deletion request above to remove our copy of your account data.

Retention

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and financial records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to certain processing. To exercise them, email vantagecuration@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

ShadowEvo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
