Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Vantage Curation Sole Proprietorship, DBA Vantage Curation ("Vantage Curation", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the ShadowEvo applications, websites, and related services (together, "ShadowEvo"). By creating an account, installing, or using ShadowEvo, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ShadowEvo.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old — or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf — and able to form a binding contract. We may ask you to confirm this before you sign in, and we may suspend accounts we reasonably believe misrepresent it. If you use ShadowEvo for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

License, not sale. ShadowEvo is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShadowEvo, as further described in the License Agreement (EULA). You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from ShadowEvo except where the law expressly permits.

Account levels. A free account may use the Reflex, Sage, and Shadow minds with its included monthly token allowance. The ShadowEvo, ShadowUltraEvo, and ShadowMegaEvo minds and one-time credit top-ups are available only with an active paid subscription. We may set, change, and enforce usage limits and feature access by account level.

Accounts. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & payment. Paid plans, prices, and included features are shown at purchase and processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never receive or store your full card number. Pro and Producer subscriptions require a valid payment method on file for as long as the subscription is active — sign-up for a paid tier cannot complete without one, and you're responsible for keeping it current. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. If a renewal charge fails, we (via Stripe) will retry it automatically and show an in-app notice with a link to update your card; continued failure may result in your plan being paused or downgraded. Your API keys and costs. Where ShadowEvo operates using API keys you supply (for example, in the desktop app), you are responsible for those keys, for keeping them secret, and for all charges the AI providers bill to your accounts.

Browser Bridge (desktop). The desktop app can optionally pair with a companion browser extension and a local helper process so ShadowEvo can navigate, click, type, read, and screenshot a browser tab on your own machine, at your direction. This is off by default and requires an explicit pairing step. You are solely responsible for what you authorize it to do and for the accounts, tabs, and data it can reach once paired — treat it like giving someone screen and keyboard access to that browser session. AI output. ShadowEvo's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it. ShadowEvo is not a substitute for professional advice. See the Disclaimer.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you submit or create with ShadowEvo. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, transmitting your prompts to the AI provider that answers them and storing your account data).

No warranty. ShadowEvo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of ShadowEvo or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or as needed to protect the service or comply with law. You may stop using ShadowEvo at any time.

Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not otherwise subject to binding arbitration. Questions: vantagecuration@gmail.com.
