Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 4, 2026. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases from Vantage Curation Sole Proprietorship, DBA Vantage Curation ("Vantage Curation").

Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and require a valid payment method on file for the life of the subscription. You may cancel anytime from your account's Billing page or by emailing vantagecuration@gmail.com; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, during which you keep access. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. If a renewal charge fails, we retry automatically per Stripe's standard schedule and show an in-app notice so you can update your card before access is affected; a subscription that stays unpaid through the end of retries is downgraded to the free plan, not charged further. (Failed-payment handling added July 20, 2026 — draft, pending owner/attorney review.)

One-time purchases (credit top-ups). Credits are delivered immediately and are final once purchased.

All sales final. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rights for digital content), which continue to apply where they legally must — note that where you begin using digital content immediately, some such rights may be waived at purchase.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at vantagecuration@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review.

How to cancel. Manage your subscription from the Account screen or email support; we will confirm cancellations in writing.
