License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: July 4, 2026. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the ShadowEvo software (desktop and web) provided by Vantage Curation Sole Proprietorship, DBA Vantage Curation ("Vantage Curation"). It supplements the Terms of Service.

License grant. Subject to this EULA, the Terms, and any subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use ShadowEvo for your own use.

Ownership & trademarks. ShadowEvo — including all software, source, design, user interface, and branding (the ShadowEvo™ and ShadowMegaEvo™ names, the mind names, and the axolotl mascot and its variants) — is owned by Vantage Curation and protected by intellectual-property laws. "ShadowEvo" and the axolotl mascot are trademarks of Vantage Curation; you may not use them without our written permission. This EULA grants no ownership rights; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Restrictions. You may not: copy ShadowEvo except as necessary to run it; modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent the law expressly permits; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or provide it as a service to third parties; remove or alter proprietary notices; or use ShadowEvo to develop a competing product.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you create with ShadowEvo and grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service.

Updates. We may provide updates, which are covered by this EULA unless they come with separate terms.

Termination. This license terminates automatically if you breach it; upon termination you must stop using and delete ShadowEvo. Sections on ownership, restrictions, and liability survive termination.

Governing law. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
