Community, Profiles & Fair Play

Effective date: July 6, 2026. This policy covers the community features of the ShadowEvo web app — public profiles, avatars and skins, XP, levels, ranks, streaks, and the seasonal leaderboard. These features exist on the web and mobile browser apps only, and participation in public features is optional (see the opt-outs in Settings and your Profile).

Your profile & photo. Your profile name and any photo or avatar you set may be shown publicly (for example on the leaderboard). Only upload a photo you have the right to use — it must be of you or content you own, and must not contain nudity, violence, hate symbols, other people's personal information, or anything unlawful. No impersonation of any person, brand, or ShadowEvo staff. We may remove any profile name, photo, achievement, or contact detail that violates this policy and may suspend repeat offenders. Report offensive content to vantagecuration@gmail.com.

Contact info & achievements are optional and PUBLIC if you fill them in. Never post someone else's private information, and be careful posting your own. Links in achievements must be plain http(s) web links; we filter everything else.

Virtual items (skins, XP, levels, ranks, streaks) are licensed features of the service, not property. They have NO monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or redeemed for cash or tokens, and premium skins are purchased with tokens only — never money directly. Premium skins are a Pro perk: you keep every skin you have ever unlocked in your locker permanently, but wearing a premium skin (and its XP bonus) requires an active Pro subscription; if your subscription ends, your avatar reverts to a basic skin until you resubscribe. XP, levels, and ranks are never reduced by subscription changes. We may add, retire, rebalance, or reprice virtual items and seasons at any time.

Fair play. Any attempt to manipulate XP, levels, streaks, token balances, the leaderboard, or the skin shop — including automation, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other accounts — is a violation of the Terms and may result in stat resets, removal of items, suspension, or permanent termination without refund. Found a bug? Report it to vantagecuration@gmail.com — responsible reports are appreciated; exploiting them is not.

Protecting each other. Never use community features to scam, harass, defraud, or phish other users — including fake 'support' contact info, misleading achievement links, or offers to sell accounts, tokens, or skins. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We take the security of this platform and its users seriously: violations are enforced, and unlawful conduct may be preserved and shared with law enforcement.

Leaderboard privacy. The leaderboard shows only your profile name, avatar or photo, level, rank, and token-usage totals — never your email, real name, balances, or chat content. You can leave the leaderboard at any time from Settings or your Profile, effective immediately.
