Effective date: July 4, 2026. ShadowEvo exists to help creators build. These rules are fundamental conditions of your license — violating them violates the Terms of Service.
You must not use ShadowEvo to: create or distribute malware, exploits, or tools designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems or data you do not own or have written authorization to test; harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others; generate or distribute illegal content; infringe others' privacy, intellectual property, or security; or attempt to bypass, jailbreak, or defeat the safety systems of ShadowEvo or the underlying AI providers.
You must not resell or provide automated third-party access to ShadowEvo's AI capabilities without a separate written agreement, or use ShadowEvo to build a competing service.
You are responsible for how you use AI output and, on the desktop app, for any command you approve ShadowEvo to run. Using ShadowEvo to act against others' systems, rights, or safety is prohibited.
Enforcement. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund. Where conduct is unlawful, we may preserve and share relevant information with law enforcement, and violators may face civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable law. This is a formal warning: abuse of ShadowEvo to harm others will be treated seriously.
Reporting. Report suspected abuse to vantagecuration@gmail.com with whatever detail you can safely share.
The underlying AI providers also enforce their own usage policies; violating those may cause them to suspend the API keys involved, independently of us.
